Call for Nominations: ChildX Award 2026

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the landscape of child protection online. While AI is increasingly used to generate sexual abuse material, it also holds the power to prevent and stop exploitation—by detecting risks, identifying victims earlier, and supporting investigations.

The ChildX Award 2026 will honor groundbreaking initiatives that use AI to safeguard children—from prevention and detection to intervention and support. We welcome nominations from NGOs, tech companies, startups, researchers, and public sector actors working to make the digital world safer for children.

The ChildX Award recognizes innovative efforts to end the sexual exploitation of children. In 2024, the award went to the Dutch organization Spine for its pioneering method of online outreach.
