ChildX is looking for a 50-80% finance manager<\/h2>\n

About the mission<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Finance Manager (50%):<\/b> Main responsibility for the finance function, in close cooperation with the management team.<\/li>\n
  • Project Officer (30%):<\/b> Possibility to extend the position to 80% with administrative and project-related tasks, such as supporting events, conferences and trainings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n

    Finance Manager (50%)<\/b><\/p>\n

    Accounting<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Day-to-day accounting (supplier invoices, billing, payments), reconciliations, tax accounting, receipt management and bank administration.<\/li>\n
    • Responsibility for annual accounts, annual report, audit (internal and external), annual report package and quarterly reports to the Board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Controlling<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Budgeting, performance analysis, forecasting, economic studies and preparation of decision-making documents.<\/li>\n
      • Liquidity forecasts, investment recommendations and support for project budgets in application processes.<\/li>\n
      • Budget monitoring, forecasting and reconciliation for individual projects and reporting of project finances to funders and partners.<\/li>\n
      • Support the team in budgeting, forecasting and monitoring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Payroll administration<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Payroll administration, support to external payroll administrator and administration of vacation, pension, expenses, insurance and allowances.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Other administrative tasks<\/b><\/p>\n

            \n
          • GDPR and contract administration.<\/li>\n
          • Responsibility for physical and digital contract archive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Project Officer (30%)<\/b><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Administrative and project-related tasks.<\/li>\n
            • Supporting the team in the implementation of various activities, such as coordinating meetings, workshops and other project-related activities.<\/li>\n
            • Support and planning for the organization of events, seminars and conferences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              ARE YOU THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR?<\/h3>\n

              We are looking for people who have:<\/b><\/p>\n

                \n
              • Academic degree in business administration or equivalent knowledge\/experience.<\/li>\n
              • At least two years of experience in a similar role.<\/li>\n
              • Good knowledge of accounting and payroll systems (e.g. Fortnox and Visma).<\/li>\n
              • Very good knowledge of Excel and other Office programs.<\/li>\n
              • Experience in financial statements and annual accounts.<\/li>\n
              • Experience in accounting for project funds.<\/li>\n
              • Very good administrative skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Meritorious:<\/b><\/p>\n

                  \n
                • Experience with Mint, Octany and CRM systems.<\/li>\n
                • Previous experience in financial work in the non-profit sector and foundations.<\/li>\n
                • Experience in reporting according to GIVA and Svensk Insamlingskontroll.<\/li>\n
                • Experience in contract administration and cooperation documentation.<\/li>\n
                • Experience in project management and event planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n

                  • Type of employment: 50-80%, permanent (6 months probationary period).<\/li>\n
                  • Location: ChildX office, Medborgarplatsen 25, Stockholm.<\/li>\n
                  • Working hours: Targeted working hours with great flexibility and varying workload throughout the year.<\/li>\n
                  • Salary: According to agreement.<\/li>\n
